   Walk-in check-ins hold up on a shaky connection

   If the connection drops while you're checking in a walk-in family, the check-in is recovered instead of lost. Live updates on the device also run more smoothly.

   A rebuilt Check-In Portal for faster Sunday mornings, on iPhone and iPad.

   • A new Check-in tab. A walk-in inbox, live attendance for your location, and check-in by scanner.
   • Walk-ins fill in their own details. Select Send to Phone and the family adds themselves on their phone while you help the next person. Families who used Plan a visit show up in the same inbox.
   • A faster Check-out tab. Scan a pick-up pass and confirm. The Prepare list shows children whose parent is on the way from another room, and Auto Check-out skips the confirmation screen.
   • Grade ranges per location. A child whose grade isn't in that location's check-in group is pointed to the right station.
   • A refreshed self-service kiosk, plus layouts that fit every iPhone and iPad size.
